Great video! I absolutely agree with you when you say that its so important to not only have that body confidence, so that we can take advantage of all that summer has to offer, but also the physical strength and endurance for these activities.
PS I love Target tanks as well!

PS Any advice on a knee injury? The Bikini workout can be a bit brutal on it.
