I&#039;ve started using them and I&#039;ll tell you it&#039;s made a big difference.  I also very highly recommend the I Want My Bikini Body to everyone!  It&#039;s such a great and fun program. I have been a Law of Attraction Coach for a long time and I have always thought fitness and body goals were as important for law of attraction and visualization as other goals are like making money etc.

I think having some kind of deadline and a goal to work towards really helps, otherwise I find that I&#039;m working out aimlessly with no real way to measure progress.</description>

  I learned to set little goals that have quick dead lines.. and then slightly bigger goals for further ahead.. Sometimes we don&#039;t always make the goal at that time.. but at least we have daily reminders and find ourself working towards the good.
