24 Hour Flat Belly Diet
I hope you had a fabulous 4th of July. I know I did! I went surfing, then relaxed poolside while Cody chilled off.

Later, I went to a BBQ hosted by my friend & chef, Gavan Murphy. He prepared a yummy healthy feast that included steak tacos, and grilled veggies. You can check out the recipes at The Healthy Irishman.My friend Sheila, of LiveWell360, was also at the BBQ and brought homemade hummus and fresh baked pita chips that she and her husband Ryan made from scratch. Even though I definitely indulged, I feel I still stayed on my program (pretty much).
How did you do? If you went off the deep end and ate or drank too much, don’t let that be an excuse to continue the slide. You are ONE meal and ONE workout away from being back on track!

I’m glad you reposted the 24 hour video. Where can I find the circuit you mentioned? I have a val slide. Is it in the description of exercises?

I go back to this 24hr back on track plan if I get off course due to family visit, vacation or a holiday grill fest. It’s great and I highly recommend it to anyone who may have gotten off target for any reason.

I was curious if you have programs available for elite athletes or others who have suffered injuries or issues with being 50 years old?
That would be an underserved population who really needs some wisdom in training, beyond yoga,,pilates, etc.
