The Valslide Travels In Style

For the last few years, Valslides have been the secret weapon of choice for celebrities, professional athletes, and some of the world’s best trainers & coaches. Well, they won’t be secret much longer. In the last couple months Valslides have been seen on E! News, The CBS Morning Show, in Marie Claire magazine, and featured in Men’s Health magazine.

This past Friday a very lucky pair of Valslides left for the GI Joe European Press Tour with one of the stars of the movie, Rachel Nichols.

Valslides will do her best to keep Rachel in shape on her travels, but that doesn’t mean it will be all work and no play. Check out how the Valslide travels in style…

The Valslide is very tired…and yet very comfortable…and prepared for foreign travel.  Teeth brushed and hair combed, the Valslide is ready for a good night’s rest on the way to Australia.

So, the Valslide and I are riding First Class on Emirates Airlines, the best airline in the world…and the basket of snacks is taunting us!  Candy galore!  I am powerless AND hungry!  Must abstain from eating and watch the flat screen TV in my seating compartment…it has a camera in the cockpit that I can watch throughout the flight.  Have to distract myself from the candy …can’t say I’ll be successful in avoiding the champagne, however…

Clearly, air travel is fraught with diet peril. This is why I always recommend traveling with your own snacks! -Val

The Valslide will be making it’s first debut at a trade show this August! IDEA World Fitness Convention will be held in Anaheim, CA from August 12th-15th. This event is considered to be the world’s largest fitness convention, and the Valslide will be there – in the middle of all the action! At IDEA world, you’ll be able to get the most relevant and practical fitness knowledge from the largest provider of education for fitness professionals.
