How I Lost Nearly 50 Pounds in 4 Months (and how you can too!)

I’ll keep this short: I wrote a short little report for you, complete with exercises and some strategies I used to get the results you see in the picture. It turns out I sorta sold myself a little short with how much weight I actually lost. It’s closer to 50 pounds!!

Love Ryan’s report. Will those who bought IWMBB get the 2.0 version free? MY knees are injured so I am doing shorter workouts these days and more corrective exercise. I look forward to getting back to more hardcore Val workouts! Go Ryan!
PS Also want to know how to use the raw chocolate.

To do the alligator walk you, “walk” your hands forward and drag your feet. This is an awesome exercise.
i was wondering about the alligator walks how exactly do you do those do ur feet move to over do u just walk with ur hands? good workout by the way
Great report! And just for you guys that may be reading this, I’ve used these exercises on the guys I train and they love’em. These slides are deceptively effective and you will feel the burn! You are such a ‘LOSER’
