“The Alligator Walk is my new favorite exercise!! I keep walking and gliding all over my house!” – Lauren

“I’ve always been one to say the only way to see a significant change in your midsection is diet..  but since doing these badboys, I’ve been forced to use muscles I sorta forgot about and have noticed a definite trimming of my waistline!”  – Ryan

“Just did “Hot Like Me” workout A!!! Whew! Love some of the new moves :) Those alligator walks are awesome!” -Lara

Hey It’s Val!

Since  Monday’s release of “I Want My Bikini Body! 2.0,” the response has just been tremendous.  Everyone loves the new workouts “Hot Like Me,” and “Work It!” – and I’m confident they will continue to deliver to same fantastic results the original Bikini Body program did!

What I’ve noticed though in all of the emails that have been coming in.. everyone LOVES the Alligator Walks!  So I thought you might be interested in seeing what they look like..  this is Ryan demonstrating what actually is a “Super Alligator Walk/Triple Threat” where he combines the walking with some of my other favorite Valslide Ab Exercises.

Oh God. Looked almost fun. Felt terrible! By time I got to my third invented circuit that had these in it I was ready to die. First walk feels fine…by end my arms were falling off! I LOVE it.

Oh my goodness! I just tried these and I could only get up and down my hallway once, just! Yes my core is completely shot from 2 close pregnancies but I didnt think it was that bad! I will be continuing with these and hopefully building up to a few more laps!

That looks so evil! And so so good. Definitely doing that tomorrow night. Also still have love/hate thing with the modified turkish get-ups :-)

I just dropped to the floor and tried to do these along with the video. Wow, these are tough! I’m going to show this vid to my man tonight and make him do them. Oh and of course, I’ll start doing them when I get this phase in the bikini 2.0 workouts! Awesome demo Ryan – Thanks Val!

These are brutal. I thought I was pretty conditioned, but this is a whole new ball game! Great stuff Val and great demo Ry!

    Yo Ryan and Valerie!

I love these for fat loss and conditioning!

I forgot to bring my valslides to the gym the other day, so I improvised and used frisbees. There’s absolutely no comparison, everyone should be using ValSlides. (Especially because the frisbees scratched the floor’s finish!)

    Thanks for everything, Val!
