Ellen and Valslides and Action Hero Babe, Oh My!

it’s been a while since my last post! My apologies for being away so long.
My long-awaited Action Hero babe Training System was officially released on September 29, with a pre-sale beginning a week prior on the 21st.
I went into it expecting it to go well, but not nearly as well as it has. Let’s just say I had no idea what I was in for. Apparently, you weren’t kidding when you kept telling me you wanted workout DVDs. From the minute the pre-sale page went live, orders were flooding in.. not to mention, the very next day – Jennifer Garner brought the Valslide on the Ellen Show (seen below) – which caused another huge surge.

First of all, if you’ve purchased Action Hero Babe – thank you, thank you, thank you! Every day, I get emails from happy trainees saying how much they love the workouts! You have no idea how much this means to me.. it really is what keeps me going. Hearing about your results and your thoughts on the production, packaging, etc just brightens my day! So thank you so much…
If you’re still not sure what Action Hero Babe is, or even if this is the first you’ve heard of it.. you don’t know what you’re missing!
It’s the very first time, I have released full-on workouts on DVD for you to follow along with. They’re not just your every day workouts either – this is the system I developed to prepare Rachel Nichols for G.I. Joe. But don’t worry – this version has been designed specifically for you, to be done at home (or in the gym!) so you don’t need any fancy equipment or anything.

Now if you were following any of the buzz going around the internet about the system, you may aware that we did have a couple of issues pop up. One, because we weren’t expecting that level of order volume and second because the fitness DVD market is new to me, I had to work through that learning period as I went along.
First, there was a little bit of a delay in shipping for some. We actually had oversold our original batch of units so we had to rush order more to meet the demand. This has been corrected and we have more units ready to roll out the door
Second, one of the workout DVD’s had a slight playback error (which has now been corrected and shipped to everyone who purchased the system)
And finally, we just flat-out ran out of Action Hero Babe kits. But this too, has been corrected and we’re ready to rock!
In the coming days/weeks – we’ll be launching a brand-new website answering many of the questions we’ve been getting about the system. We’ll also share the results of some of the women who have already begun their Action Hero Babe Journey! You’re going to be blown away by what you see!
What a great segment on Ellen! I recently moved into a house with all hardwood floors and discovered Valslide booties which are phenomenal! Thanks for making such amazing fitness tools.

I think you are one of the best trainers out there and give great practical advice on being healthy. In addition, I would love to know what ab exercises you used to whip Jennifer Garner into shape for Alias, Daredevil, as well as Elektra.
