    Val–You know me… the plan B sometimes becomes my plan A for awhile, but the important thing is it is a plan and it does get results and it keeps us connected to your fitness methods. This makes living RCR excuse-proof. Love it!

    Val –
    This is a terrific workout! I’ve been doing well with AHB (love it) – just starting Phase 2 (and have already lost about 4 pounds). I didn’t want to lose momentum during Thanksgiving. I’m so excited to have a travel plan now. I’ve got my AHB workouts on my iPod – but I never seem to have much time during holiday travel. I can always fit in Plan B :) .

    Will you be posting the rep ranges?

    I love the modification for the double leg slides. My hamstrings kinda give out on me when I try to bring both heels back in. This finally works for me!

    (loved this workout and will keep it on deck for days when i start thinking I’m too busy to get in some exercise!)

    Hi Missy! Glad you liked it. Cody, loves to be in the videos. He hates to miss out on anything that is happening.

    Jenny, I love hearing about the mental shift. That is what it’s all about. You get that and you are practically home free. You still have to do the work but when you make the mental shift, that’s when it gets easier.
