I look forward to starting your program soon with the knowledge and confidence you have instilled in me, knowing that i will achieve the body i desire, which i know i can have, thanks to you and your programs.
Red Carpet Ready -- and, most importantly, you, Val -- has changed my entire outlook on my body and health. Several people have mentioned how much my confidence has improved since I joined the Red Carpet Ready Club and received the support of Val, Ryan, Nikki and all of the girls! I prance around and wear adorable clothes and high heels everyday. I've pushed all of my pants and heavy sweaters to the back of the closet. I love my body now! And I especially love the way I feel. I have more energy, more strength, and my body just *works* better. RCR-style eating combined with exercise make me feel more fit and healthy than ever. I also appreciate all of the tools that Red Carpet Ready offers. Even when I'm swamped with work and not sleeping or exercising enough, or the day after Thanksgiving (when I've had an extra piece of pie . . .), Valerie's programs allow me to fall right back in line to meet my diet and exercise goals. (Setting intentions works every time!!) I *plan* to make big progress in December, and I look forward to working with Val in the future -- significant changes every day, week, month!!

Finishing the year stronger than I started...would mean that I carry myself with more confidence and presence than I went into 2009 with. Finishing the year stronger would help cement the positive changes I've already made, and reaffirm that being healthier isn't just a January 1st fling, but a lifestyle shift for the better.

I am a Former Marine but having gained 80 pounds with the birth of my son and Finding out I have a Wheat Allergy I am having a hard time getting my weight back under control. Having to eat Wheat Free has me gaining weight because the substitute foods are higher in calories. I still have 20 pounds to lose and I can't give up on it now. My spirits are in it but my body isn't showing any progress. I know I can keep up with a program but it is finding the one that will keep up with me is the hard part. I want my Marine Corps Body back. Lean, mean and tone.
:) you know what I'm talking about.

Hi Val - I am so excited to see a fitness program ACTUALLY WORK!!! I've been doing AHB workout for 3 weeks now and people have already said they can see a difference in my legs and arms! Wow! That's never happened before. I'm almost angry at all the wasted time, effort and energy I spent all those years at the gym and never seeing any real results. This is such a PERFECT work out system for me because after my second baby I can't just rush off to the gym anytime I feel like it. I can do the work out in the comfort of my own home and on my own time. I've always needed a little motivation and group effort. I love the calendar idea - I LOVE crossing off my work outs. It's such a feeling of accomplishment when I do. I also like the motivational homework we had to do to get inspired. Some of the quotes I found really do get me to the next set of intervals!

The last three years I've been on a weight loss/roller coaster. I lost 20 lbs before I had my first child, then gained 40 lbs during that pregnancy. I lost the 40 lbs but gained it all back during my second pregnancy. So my baby is now 4 months old and I'm still 20 lbs away.

This is such a fun work out program that I actually look forward to doing it and it motivates me to keep on track. The best motivation is hearing compliments from people. Everyone has been asking me what I've been doing to look so good - I show off the system at every chance I get. I'm so glad I watched the episode on Ellen that day or else I may never have found this program and still be felling miserable.

Thank you Valerie for allowing the normal woman in this world to have movie star bodies! Thanks for sharing your secrets. I'm so excited to complete this journey I've taken to getting to look and feel my best I possibly can in just a short while.

Best Regards -

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and this was after a year where my mom had a transplant. Stress has been a constant factor in my life but I am trying to look on the bright side. I finally have an answer to why I've been feeling so badly for so many years and my mom got a successful transplant. I am in the early stages of the Action Hero Program, and with my sister's wedding in April, this is giving me the focus I need and a great group of people to support me in this effort. I am excited to hear more about this new program. I originally joined the RCR program and found that group to be a tremendous help.

Best of luck to all of you and congratulations to Val on the many wonderful things happening for her professional life this year.

Becoming an Action Hero Babe has meant many things to me... Through Val's program, I was able to focus on my health and wellness for the long-run and achieve excellent results. By following the program, I was able to sculpt my body into an Action Hero Babe faster than I thought possible... I became stronger, leaner, and healthier as an end result!! I also felt good knowing that I was taking charge of my health, and that I looked good while I was reaching that goal. I was even stunned to learn that I could break through a certain weightloss plateau... Consistency and dedication were key to my success, but the support of the RCR club also helped.

Anyhow, I want to thank Val for helping to inspire more confidence in myself... I proved to myself that when I set my mind to something, I can achieve it. That means a LOT to me, and that is the best feeling in the world... So whether it is a fitness goal or some other personal goal, it's great to know that anything is possible!! :D

P.S. The RCR club is fantastic! I have met many women who have provided excellent motivation, held me accountable and even provided strategies for when I was facing a certain challenge. The knowledge I have learned in the club is priceless, and the feedback is excellent! Thanks Val and Ryan for making all of this possible. :)
