See Your Body in The Future!

The idea for Avatar, James Cameron new 3-D Science Fiction epic film has been in his head for over 10 years. It’s taken this long because the technology to deliver his vision simply didn’t exist.
The film is being touted as a new breakthrough in film-making technology as James actually had special cameras designed and created for its production!
Avatar is heavily based in CGI, meaning much of the atmosphere and many characters are digitally created, in part or in whole. Obviously, this is not new technology, as it’s existed for years.. always being done with the actors wearing special suits wiith electrodes all over them. The filming is done, then in post-production.. the actual character comes to life. So during filming, they’re basically pretending the human actor is the final character that appears in the flim.
The new technology being used in Avatar allows James and the cast to see the final product in real time. So as they’re filming, the actor isn’t just an actor anymore.. they become the fully digitized character!
So essentially, James is looking through the camera lens and seeing these beautiful, colorful characters! How cool is that?!?
This is truly amazing technology. Imagine looking through the camera and seeing this LIVE, right before your very eyes!

Not only that, but they’re fitted with special headsets that have tiny microcameras pointed directly at their face. These cameras record facial expressions and movements and, in real time, apply the digital skins. So even their FACES don’t look like human faces anymore - they ARE the character you see in the movie.
It looks to be a beautiful film and is undoubtedly going to bring in huge first weekend numbers.
One of my clients told me the camera the other day and I just thought this was such a cool story.. it got me thinking.
Does the technology exist to do this with your body? But not in the CGI/Filmmaking sense. I’m talking about a camera that would allow you to see what you’d like if you were in your perfect shape and condition.
One that when you point it at your body and look thru the viewfinder - it shows what you what your “final product” (if there is such a thing) will look like. Your ideal body.. one that you would be proud to show off, one that would make you feel happy and healthy.
Are you aware that this technology actually exists?!?
That’s right. It’s the NEW-U XT10. And it’s the real deal.

Ok, maybe it’s not actually a camera. But it does exist!
It exists right between your ears… in your mind!
So I ask you.. what does YOUR XT10 show you? What would that vision be?
How would your arms look? Would you want to make your butt bigger? Smaller? Your abs flat and more defined?
Intentions and visualization are crucial components of a successful training program. After all.. without knowing where you want to go, where do you begin?
Not only is it a great motivator to adopt a healthy lifestyle, but it’s a wonderful way to trick your mind into getting the results you want.
Whether its that morning or the night before, close your eyes and think about your workout. Think about the exercises. Think about your form and squeezing your butt as you come up out of the squat.. think about how good it makes you feel. Think about the sweat and then think about how you’re going to feel when you finish it.
I know posts about “mindset” aren’t quite as sexy as “the latest, greatest butt exercise you will ever do” (which I also have plenty of) - but it’s just as, if not MORE important.
So think about that camera,.. the NEW-U XT10 :: think about looking through the viewfinder and seeing your body 1 month from now, 3 months, even a year from now.
What do you see?
But perhaps even more important, how do you FEEL? how WILL you feel in your new body?
This is an extremely powerful technique, and there’s a way to make it 1000x more powerful :: Write it down.
Even more powerful : GO PUBLIC! Tell us in the comments section on this post.
You can be brief.. a few words, a few sentences, a paragraph - whatever.
In 3 months from now - What does your body look like? How do you feel?
See it in vivid, colorful detail. Make it real.
I promise you, you’ll be glad you did!

Wow, that is just incredible. Amazing, to actually think that there is technology that can do that, bring your intentions to life. I think it could be a little frightening in some ways, as when you try to visualise your perfect body you never can tell what it would look like to others. If you were to see it in front of you, it could be shocking but also a huge motivation. My XT10 shows that my body is strong. On the morning of my wedding day (21st August next year) my thighs will be long lean and free of imperfections with the defining line all the way up the top, my arms will be a little more defined, my waist will be smaller and i will have the line definition all the way down my stomach. But mainly i will be confident with my dream body and ready to enjoy a day being recorded with photos and film.

Wow amazing. I will have to see this now. Thanks
I saw the preview for the movie this weekend. It’s going to be a great film. I am wondering how far this will go now with filmaking. It has great possibilites but there is nothing like you rown mind to visualize who you want to be and how you will get there.
That’s awesome! I will definitely put this tool to use, and now I totally want to see this movie! Thanks Val!!!!!!!!!!
So true!
Here’s a self awareness exercise that I use to switch my mindset.
Begin the day with 10 coins in one of your pockets.
Everytime you catch yourself thinking something negative about yourself, take a coin out of your pocket.
Time how long you hold onto your coins for.
Try to extend this time each day.

This is really interesting stuff - in my life coaching class one of the tools they use is called a vision statement. They talked about how the subconscious
mind has the ability, in anything it accepts as true, to do whatever it takes to turn it into reality. The purpose of a vision statement is to pass positive life messages to the subconscious mind, and to make it believe the messages are true, thus helping make the life you want, a reality. The catch is it must be something that is realistic and achievable to you- you have to believe it is possible…. Oh, and the timing you talked about, morning and night, is when the subconscious is the most open to these thoughts… Thanks for sharing this great technique Val!!
This is a powerful tool indeed and I have used my vision more than once to motivate myself and achieve what I desire. An example of such is running a marathon. Never having ran a mile before beginning training to do so (yes I can be extreme) during my training period I often visualized running outside, nice and steady, upright, and breathing controllably and smoothly. It was a great exercise to do and fall back on when the tough miles hit. During the race I just slipped back into what I visualized during training and it motivated me to keep on going. Your mind is a powerful force for motivation.
