One of my Red Carpet Ready Club members, “Agent Rachel,” was recently on a top secret recon mission…  ok, it was actually a simulation.  Here’s how she described it:

We had to establish an autere airfield into a fully functional expeditionary airbase as a mission reheasal for overseas. I was part of the exercise control team my job being to provide scenarios and threat information for the environment we were simulating.

The cool thing though, is that she was already on her own little mission before she was called into duty.  Mission:  Pre-baby Body.

And even though she was, she didn’t let it slow her down.

She stayed on track with Valslide workouts, including the ever-popular $30 Treadmill Workout I posted on my blog earlier this year:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Perform the following workout, or the original 30 treadmill workout, before the Weekeend is up and report back here with how you felt!  You can do this as a quickie workout on a busy day, or in addition to one of you regular training sessions.  Perform 4 sets of the following circuit with a 1 minute break after you complete all 4 exercises, before repeating.

1.  Valslide Reverse Lunges – 10 Reps Each Side

2.  Upside Down Snow Angel – 15 Reps

3. Belly Robber (aka Valslide 1-arm Slide) – 20 Reps (10 each side)

Rachel – We are all so proud of you. You worked hard, even when you didn’t want to.
Don’t you feel differently about your cardio now? Take this all in. You deserve it. But remember, there is no such thing as maintenance. So enjoy your vacation and then be ready for your next mission. xxo

Thanks ladies! The Action Hero Babe training system is awesome! Being able to do it in the gym, at home, on the road and even out field shows how versatile it is! It truly can work anywhere through planning and consistency! Thanks again Val for creating fun workouts and a system that works.
Even though it is almost the end of christmas day here, I’m off to do this workout as it looks perfect for today. Merry fitness everyone and hope to see you all have successful missions of your own in 2010!

Saw you on Ellen, great exposure. Lovin the Valslides, using them in my bootcamps as well as MetaCardio program (Treadmill & Weights combo I use to train NBC Biggest Loser Contestants)

I finished the Action Hero Babe workout. My legs look AMAZING (but I have always like those), but I am still working on my mid section. Do you recommend that I go through Action Hero Babe System again or switch to another one like Red Carpet Ready?
