   As always Val, great advice here. I love it and can’t to see all that you can offer in 2010!!! I am setting goals this year as the word is so much more attainable for me. Resolutions normally only last for a few days in my experience!! But i know my goals will be reached and that is thanks to you Val.

   Thank you Val for your always inspiring words of wisdom! As my family still insists on eating “not so healthy food” tonight, I can honestly say, I don’t even want that junk. This year was truly successful for me as I was on my journey to lose weight and lost 65 pounds! I’m not done yet, but the changes I have made to make it a success are lifestyle changes and I feel so much healthier. I don’t ever want to go back to the old me. Have a safe & Happy New Year!

    HI Val! I absolutely love your programs, I am starting the third week of Phase 4 Bikini Body tomorrow and love it!! Quick question, after I finish this week, should I start back at Phase 1 and just add weights to it? I have used so many different work outs and Bikini Body is my absolute favorite, it is the only one I actually see results and other people can’t stop complimenting me ,which is a beautiful thing!!
