I just ordered your Action Hero Babe workout set and I am looking forward to it coming in the mail!  I have a question regarding workouts and building muscle in the lower body...I am 29 and have been working out intensely since I&#039;ve been 16, and have always been an athlete.  I eat healthy, etc... It just seems that no matter what I do, my thighs and butt bulk up to the point where I don&#039;t feel proportional.  What exercises can I do to keep cardiovascular shape and tone without putting so much emphasis on the lower body?</description>

		<description>After the first day I did this, my abs felt so sore! I loved it.  This is such a subtle movement with maximum effect.  That&#039;s one of the reasons I love the valslide. Next up, I&#039;ll try that triple threat you mentioned. Thanks Val.</description>

		<description>Love it!! I just finished week 1. I love it i actually get pumped thinking about doing the next cd!! Val you are amazing i feel as if you are right there in the room with me. I am dedicating sunday to doing all my food prep for the week. I didn&#039;t follow to the t with food this week but did not do bad at all. From watching the AHB i am more conscious of my choices. I wish i had the guts to tke my pics and send them in. Happy workout everyone=)</description>
