Get Red Carpet Ready - Your Checklist!

With the Oscars less than a week away, all the celebs are working hard to make sure they look Red Carpet Ready for the big night. Well, you don’t need to be a celebrity to look and feel your best - all you need to do is follow the checklist below and you’ll be on your way to getting Red Carpet Ready!
1. Decide! It all starts here. This is not a “should”, like “I know I should get in shape”, “I should workout”, or “I should eat better”. This is “I WILL get in shape”. I WILL do whatever it takes and I will start now!
2. Order the Red Carpet Ready Starter Kit. This kit come with everything you need to transform your body. Just add a couple pair of dumbbells and get started.

3. Set your start and deadline. No matter which exercise program you follow, set a start date and a deadline - it creates some urgency.
4. Take your before pics (you will thank me later). I know this is hard. Please don’t hate on yourself. This is so you get a clear picture of where you are.
5. Write your intentions. This is the cornerstone of my Red Carpet Ready Program. Intentions serve to keep you goals and how you intend to achieve them in the front of your mind.
Sample Intentions:
I intend to be back in my skinny size 4 jeans by April 16th, 2010.
I intend to eat clean, minimizing sugar, alcohol and white flour.
I intend to do 3 full body Red Carpet Ready workouts each week.
6. Create a journal in the Red Carpet Ready Club. This is your support group - they are here to help. Joining the club is optional but it can really make a big difference in your results. Many of the women have had incredible success and are willing to help you do the same.
7. Read the book, organize your workout space. Motivation tends to follow action, so these are some easy action steps to get you going. You could also create a new playlist or get some new workout clothes.
8. Do your kitchen purge and re-stock. The answer to late night snacking or an afternoon binge is to get the trigger foods out of the house. Re-stock with healthy Red Carpet Ready approved foods and snacks.
9. Do the Red Carpet Ready Workouts. They are different for a reason. They are designed to create a long, lean, sexy look. Get ready for your Red Carpet Ready moment. For a sample Red Carpet Ready workout click here
10. Plan, prep, and prepare your food. I will repeat this often. For now, please trust me that this is the answer to eating better and freedom from addictions.
11. Practice saying “Thank You” … you’re about to hear, “You look amazing!”, “You look fabulous”, “You look wonderful”. Just say, Thank you.

Most of these are checked off from my checklist already!
Anyhow, I love #11… Sometimes we forget to give ourselves more credit. Showing gratitude and saying thanks are super important in terms of attracting more good things into your life.
Val you ROCK! Everytime i get something new from you I am so ready to go train! I love your program so much!!!
Thanks for being YOU!!
