Bring Your Sexy Back!

I have always loved a strong, sexy back. My favorite dressed are the ones that show it off. if you want to bring a sexy back to your next party, then I have for you!
Of course you will want to follow my Red Carpet Ready fitness and diet plan for optimal results - but, add this workout for specialized “sexy back” training. Of course, every back looks better with a strong core and flat abs, so you will find exercises for that as well.
Warm up and do some arm swings back and forth, and open and close.
Circuit #1 - do this circuit 2 times
(A) Y’s - 10 reps
(B) T’s - 10 reps
(C) Scarecrows - 10 reps

Circuit #2 - do this circuit 3-4 times
(D) One Arm Row - 12 x 10 lbs
(E) Valband Deluxe 2 Arm Row - 15 reps
(F) Superman - 10 reps
(G) Valslide Mountain Climber - 20 reps (each leg)
(H) Valslide 1 Arm Slide - 12 reps (each arm)











Thanks, Val!!! I appreciate the tips and I’ll start using them right away. It’s amazing… I often have it that I have to get to the gym to get a good workout in (not always easy as a single mom!), but I often forget how much we can do right at home!

Rachel looks amazing! These are the results I’m after. This workout seems similar to the AHB workout. Is it? I’m curious if there’s a big difference between Red Carpet Ready and AHB? I got the AHB set and I can’t wait to start it in June after my baby is due.
The only suggestion I have is more dvds please - I love to workout to dvds more than printable workouts. Thanks Val - you ROCK!!

Two of those moves I do when I do the $30 treadmill workout. I really enjoy tips on new moves that use the Valslides and how they are done. Workouts that include only them are awesome and really impress the people that know me that the small little white netted bag I carry with me (which include valslides, the booties for them,booklet,paper printout of some moves) is ALL I need to have a full body workout!
I can’t find Valslides here in West Texas. Academy sports, Big 5 Sports,etc.
Also, I have an exercise program from the Big Book of exercises/ Womens’ Health.
When you say 15 reps of an exercise for 3 sets and it isn’t an alternating exercise, do I do say 15 reps of the right then 15 reps of the left for a total of 90? Or is it 15 right, 15 left , 15 r for 45? Or alternate at 8 reps?
What do you suggest to do on the day of rest between the workout days? Rest?
Love the workouts. In the future please have the written/pictures the same as the activities in the videos. AHB do not match up. Would love more workout combinations, especially the resistance training part.
