Naturally Nick's video comes at a perfect time, I just started I Want My Bikini Body 3.0 and I have a chronic shoulder/bicep issue and was told not to do upper body. So, I'll be modifying the BB3 to isometric upper body moves. Stay tuned, I'm expecting the result to be just the same! Any suggestions Val you may have are welcome!
