SAS-E For Summer

Summer is all about showing some skin!
Maybe you wont be putting on a bikini, but chances are you will at least be in a tank top.

Here is one of my SAS-E (short and sweet exercise) routines. It works your back, chest and arms – all you need is a Valband Deluxe.

This is meant to be done as a circuit. Do each exercise consecutively, then rest for 1 minute at the end of the circuit. Do this circuit 3-4 times.

SAS-E routines are a great way to get your workout in when life seems to get a little crazy! These short and sweet circuits are ideal for when you’ve been working too many hours, are too tired or for when you just can’t imagine 45 to 60 minutes in the gym.
