How to Get Sexy Beach Hair Like Kim Kardashian
13 Comments July 29, 2010 / Posted in Uncategorized

I met my hair stylist, Frank Galasso, through a mutual client, Sasha Alexander. I was looking for someone who was good with long hair and who could do big hair, sexy blow outs. Frank is just who I was looking for! Frank knows how to do sexy hair - just ask the Kardashian sisters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe – they all trust him to keep their locks photo-op ready. He can also work his magic on all types of hair and is getting asked by his clients, Felicity Huffman, Emmy Rossum, Calista Flockhart and Nicole Scherzinger (to name a few) to get them ready for Red Carpet events.
An often requested look is the sexy beach waves that everyone wants to get without having to spend a day at the beach. Watch the video below on how to achieve this look in a short time, with just a couple products, wherever you are.
I am so excited to announce that Frank will be presenting at the Red Carpet Ready Fitness & Beauty Summit – he promised to take questions too! So, be sure to reserve your spot at the Red Carpet Ready Fitness & Beauty Summit, meet Frank and learn how to keep you hair healthy, your style young, hip and current.

You had me at Chad Waterbury and now this?!
Checking my schedule now!
My WORD that man is sexy. I had to play the video twice because I was staring so intently at him that I completely missed what he had to say!!
WOW!
Wow, who would have thought?!! Love the tip… Gonna pick up some dry shampoo and try this out.
So do you actually use the dry shampoo on wet hair THEN blow-dry? Or is it to re-fresh already blow-dried hair?
Wow, Val, how fun is Frank?! I’m going to have to put dry shampoo on my shopping list and give this a try. Who doesn’t want sexy beach hair at a moments notice?!
Thanks so much! Really really looking forward to the RCR Summit!

That was an Aussie accent if I’m not mistaken!

Hey Erin- I dry my hair first, then I spray it with the dry shampoo and blow dry that in.
This makes it thicker and gives it volume and texture. Then I might flat iron the ends a bit to make it smoother since I’m not that great with the blow dry. Finally, I spray with hairspray. It is such a simple, brilliant tip.
Ladies, wait until you meet Frank in person. This guy trains hard and it shows. It could talk to you just as much about training as he could about hair!
I LOVE him!!! I wish I was able to attend the summit but funds aren’t great right now due to the Army having to move us once again. I am definately going to try the dry shampoo. Thank you so much for the video Val. Always thinking of us.
Will your new dvd be available soon?
Thanks Val! I use it currently on dry hair but I never blow dry afterwards, flat iron the ends and hair spray. Can’t wait to try it out! Thanks for the tip!
Thanks Val for giving a few more details! I have had dry shampoo for a few months but never would have thought to put it in and THEN blow dry my hair.
