Hot Tips To Get Your Body of F.I.R.E.


My friend, Chad Waterbury is a super-popular trainer here in LA – and he’s got a brand new system to MUST hear about.  It’s called Body of F.I.R.E.

He stopped over last week to talk about it and we made a couple quick videos for you.  One is an overview of the Body of FIRE system… then the second, we go through a quick workout in my home gym.

    I have always enjoyed reading about Chad’s programs. I love the Building the Sexy Hollywood Body article and Getting the Red Carpet Look article that you and Chad did together several years ago. He has some great articles on Figure Athlete. Thanks for a great interview Val and I am looking forward to the Summit!
