I Want My Bikini (Beach) Body Workout!
Pin ItHey! It’s Labor Day weekend so before you go hit the beach or that barbecue, make some time to get a quick workout in. This way, you can enjoy yourself, indulge (a little) and do it without the guilt!
This is a brand new workout inspired by my I Want My Bikini Body Express program. It’s fast and furious – just like I like it. So you can get in, get out, and have fun this weekend.

Great workout! One pass and I was dripping. Could you please print out the order of exercises because to do the 2nd and 3rd passes I had to keep going back to the video. If I had it printed out, it would have been easier.

A final thought, could you include some stretches. I know they’re important after working out but if they’re not included, I’ll blow them off
my online fitness coach sent me some Val slides I use them all the time they’re great. He also introduced me to your blog I enjoy reading your work a lot.

This is one great workout. Collectively, the exercises lengthen as well as strengthen. I especially like your side plank exercises——the reach adds a lot to the intensity. Thanks again.
