Some Like it Hot!
Summer’s here! I couldn’t be happier. I am a sunshine, summertime girl.
I like it hot. I like to look hot, be hot, get hot. (I don’t necessarily accomplish these but I try)
But even more than that, I like helping others become the hottest version of themselves. I have many tricks up my sleeve about to accomplish this but since I’ve been helping celebrities get “Hot in a Hurry” for almost 20 years, I’ve got a track record on my side.
When an actor calls me to get them in shape, they believe I can deliver. They are ready to start and they usually do what I say and draw a line in the sand.
They are committed and ready to do the work.
You can use these same mind set techniques to get fit and sexy and have your best summer ever!
HOW TO GET A ROCKIN’ BIKINI BODY
Getting your best summer body, one that can rock a bikini (or swim trunks if you’re a dude) or simply feel confident in shorts and a tank, it starts with believing it’s possible.
I know it can be frustrating if you have tried fitness programs and not succeeded, but I promise you if you choose the right program and truly commit, you can dramatically change your body.
I have seen thousands change. And what’s better, once they make the changes and believe this is who they really are, they continue to live the change. This becomes the new reality.
This can be you.
Strong, sexy, fit.
Take action. Right now. Don’t hesitate. Don’t wait for Monday. Don’t wait until your have some time off. Don’t wait until you have more money.
Do something now.
There is power in action. Go for a run. Make your very next meal a healthy one.

The point is to do something. Then another thing and yet another. String together enough actions moving you in the right direction, you will start to feel like a fit person.

3. Draw your line in the sand
At some point, you have to decide absolutely what you will do and what you will not do and then
you draw your line in the sand. These don’t have to be major life overhauls. It can be one small habit that you set in motion like Ryan did here:
Or one thing that you must avoid.
This powerful technique works much like a deadline but doesn’t require an event.
It simply means, I will not do this any longer.
Be that skip workouts, eat packaged diet foods, or let toxic people bring you down.
Where is your line? Pick ONE thing, and draw the line. This will be your do not cross, do not pass go. If you master this one thing, you will be AMAZED what falls in line.
Years ago, it was fat free foods for me. I have not looked back. Fat free is crap.
One year ago, I started the Valrise which includes Chia seeds, super greens and coconut water. I have only missed a few days since then. It makes me feel good to start the day this way. Workouts are a given. That line was drawn many years ago.
It doesn’t have to be the hardest workout but I live by my motto “You’re one workout a way from a good mood.”
