Hey it’s Val.
I have a short story to share with you. (and it’s mostly pictures)
I’d like you to meet Jenny, one of the girls in my Red Carpet Ready Club.
This is a photo documentary of her journey.
Jenny says, “I’ve had many results from Val’s program, here are a few of them”:
1.) Lost over 20 inches all over my body
2.) Lost 15 lbs
3.) Gained cardiovascular strength, and can now run sprints, run up hills, and run on the treadmill (I used to be terrified of the treadmill)
4.) Gained amazing muscle tone without bulking my legs-Just like Val said.
5.) Gained a bunch of amazing friends here in the forum who brighten my day and keep my head in the game
6.) Gained an awesome trip to LA to meet everyone in September
7.) Gained a whole new wardrobe 3 sizes smaller than I was last summer
8.) Gained a lot of self confidence and self discipline-I didn’t know I had it
9.) Gained a whole new outlook on food for fuel as opposed to food as a reward or food as stress relief
10.) Gained freedom from dependency on 1-2 glasses of wine every night-This is huge for me
